We have recently transferred our intruder alarm to SPE and our fire alarm to their sister company SPE Fire Ltd. The transfer was very thorough in as much as both companies inspected our existing equipment, made appropriate recommendations for any replacements and solved some of our outstanding problems.
The engineers who initialised our systems cleaned up after and conducted themselves in a professional manor. They communicated well, discussed issues and suggested solutions to problems that arose during the course of the installation.
As well as being able to lower our annual expenditure they have cut our call outs by 80% and the engineer’s response time is markedly improved. We would highly recommend SPE and SPE Fire Ltd as they have, and continue to be, a pleasure to do business with.
