We wanted to put in writing how delighted we have been from start to finish with the way your company has dealt with fitting our property with a new security alarm system.

From your initial visit to our property, we recognised how you listened carefully to our requirements and advised us without pushing your own particular ideas and preferences. The quote was fair and competitive, the job started on the day agreed and we appreciated the courtesy call you gave afterwards to check that we were happy.

The men installing the alarms (Matt, Steve and Barry) were totally professional in every way. They worked really hard, barely stopping for lunch or tea, were tidy, extremely polite (no bad language or radios to be heard) and did an excellent job. Please pass on our comments and thanks. We are very impressed that not a single wire can be seen anywhere! The handover and paperwork was all very organised and excellent business practice was displayed throughout.

I am writing to you to express our complete satisfaction with the alarm installation that your engineer carried out for us here last Friday.

Our particular installation requirements presented your engineer with several tricky problems, but he dealt effectively with each of them and found satisfactory solutions. He was friendly and willing and a very hard worker, as were some of his colleagues that came along to help for some parts of the day.

We were very impressed to see that on completion of the job all of the alarm cabling was completely hidden from casual view and that your engineer had replaced all floorboards, carpets, trims and items of furniture such that no evidence of any installation work remained. He had then cleared all rubbish away and vacuumed up what little brick dust had been produced by drilling.

No doubt you will say that you expect nothing less from one of your staff, but as a customer regularly contacting a number of different organisations, I can assure you that it was a pleasant change dealing with your engineer, since so often I encounter trades people who have a serious 'don't care' attitude, and consider any request to be a nuisance.

As the Neighbourhood Watch co-ordinator for this local area of around 100 houses, I will now be happy to recommend SPE Ltd, to anyone wishing to find an alarm company.

We Have recently transferred our intruder alarm to SPE and our fire alarm to their sister company SPE Fire Ltd. The transfer was very thorough in as much as both companies inspected our existing equipment, made appropriate recommendations for any replacements and solved some of our outstanding problems.

The engineers who initialised our systems cleaned up after and conducted themselves in a professional manor. They communicated well, discussed issues and suggested solutions to problems that arose during the course of the installation.
