Images can be transmitted via standard coaxial cable or over predefined networks using digital or IP technology. Fixed and vari focal lenses provide pre-selected viewing whilst remote controlled PAN/TILT and Zooming allow operators to observe any incident.

Camera images can be viewed by single monitor or distributed to several monitoring locations. Pre-set tours or sequential switching can be pre-defined and built into systems. Multiplex and time lapse technologies combine to provide cost effective recording of all camera images.

We install both analogue and IP CCTV systems and since the introduction of mega pixel IP cameras in recent years the IP market has experienced huge growth. If desired, an existing analogue system can be gradually upgraded by initially replacing the recording and storage equipment and then upgrade the cameras at a later date.

The picture quality advantages of mega pixel cameras can benefit the end user for identification purposes. Also, mega pixel cameras cover a wider area than standard analogue CCTV cameras, whereby a one mega pixel camera can cover more than four times the area of a standard camera.
