Access Control, Door Entry and Gates

SPE designs, installs and maintains a variety of Access Control Systems, from single door audio entry security to multi-functional computer controlled management systems.

Our designs are intended to give authorised visitors and employees freedom of movement within specified areas whilst keeping out unwanted callers. Simple stand alone access control system are designed and installed utilising audible, visual and coded identification through to centrally PC controlled systems using weigand, proximity or biometric reading devices. In addition, video imaging enhances identification criteria. The integration of CCTV equipment provides the optional feature of video verification.

Where a PC controlled system is installed, additional software packages can be supplied to provide additional features, such as fire roll call, time and attendance and even payroll.

Photo ID cards can be produced on site with the relevant badging package, to allow customers the added benefit of incorporating their identity badges with the access control card.

The access control system can also be integrated into, lifts, gates, turnstiles and barriers.
